We will notify you once your order is ready for collection or out for delivery. For same week delivery, orders generally need to be in by Tuesday.
Click & Plant is an online nursery and we do not accommodate browsing/walk-ins.
You are welcome to arrange a courier to collect your order and we will package and prepare the order for shipment to areas outside of Cape Town & surrounds. If you are unsure if we deliver to your location, please get in touch.
We have the following payment methods available: EFT, SnapScan, card or cash on collection/delivery. Payment is only due on delivery or collection or once you receive an invoice, which will be sent to you once stock has been allocated to your order.
Please get in touch if you are looking for a plant that you can’t find on the site. We will do our best to source it for you.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email or whatsapp us a picture of the plant and the reason for your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of receiving it. Plants may vary in size and appearance, depending on season. No plants are identical.
