We are only an online store and do not keep any excess stock at our office. Plants are looked after better on our farms so we only keep orders waiting to be collected or delivered at the office.
Of course! You are free to collect any order as soon as it is ready for delivery.
Yes we do! We deliver personally all orders around Cape Town and the Western Cape.
Mostly yes. We can courier all smaller plants sized in 20cm pots or smaller all over South Africa. In JHB and PTA we now offer delivery of most plants from our farm there, prices may vary on the plants but we will let you know with a quote and delivery fee.Unfortunately we are not able to courier soils and stone.
We have various payment methods and these are: 1) EFT 2) Snapscan (either on collection or before delivery) 3) Credit Or Debit Card (either on collection or before delivery) 4) Cash On CollectionWe not longer do cash on delivery due to the high risks involved in this.You do not pay for your order when you place it as sometimes some items may suddenly be out of stock so we process orders, confirm stock and then will send you an invoice for payment.
Yes we do! We have a dedicated team that can plant and install your order for you. Please ask on check out in the notes section for a quote on installation.
We love designing new gardens and layouts to your current garden too. Simply drop us an email and request someone to come and meet you on site for a free consultation. info@clicknplant.co.za
We have a very awesome maintenance team who can take care of your garden for you. We offer Weekly, Fortnightly and 4-weekly garden service options in our maintenance contracts. We also do once off clean ups to clear away the area of the garden for new plants.
