The plants prefer well composted and well-draining soil. So we recommend you loosen and work compost into the soil. When planting, the neck of the bulb should be at the surface of the soil and the bulbs should be planted 2cm away from each other. To put the bulbs in a vase, you can cut the stems 10cm above the bulb.
